Tradition continues at Tampa Catholic High School as we kick off our third annual Cross and Shield Celebration.  on Saturday, October 3, 2009 at Higgins Hall at St. Lawrence Parish. Our theme for Cross and Shield 2009 is  “TC Through the Years” and promises to be a fun look back at Tampa Catholic student life from the 1960’s and the plaid uniforms of females students to the 2000’s and iPods and cell phones. Dinner will be prepared again this year by our friends at Bonefish Grill and you can dance to the sounds of Otis Velt and the Old School Band. 

The Cross and Shield has raised more than $400,000 in its two year history. Cross and Shield funds have provided tuition assistance for families who otherwise would not have been able to send their children to TC; for technology used in the classrooms; for enhancements to the Crusader athletic complex; and for many other needs that are not covered by tuition.

Since 1962, Tampa Catholic High School has provided young men and women of the Tampa Bay area with a strong Catholic formation and well-balanced education. Our graduates live and work throughout the world and exemplify our tradition of dedication to faith, excellence, and family.
