      CONFERENCE BEGINS:
  Sunday, January 20, 2019, 5:00 p.m.


  CONFERENCE ENDS:
Wednesday, January 23, 2019, 3:00 p.m. 


The registration fee is a subsidized rate of $449 USD which covers the 
the cost of double occupancy hotel rooms, most meals, programming and ground transportation during the conference.  Each participant is responsible for air and ground transportation to and from the conference and for a single room, if desired. See the registration form for details on the single room supplement.  

  • Arrival: Please plan to arrive at the hotel no later than 5:00 p.m. on January 20. We will keep a log of arrival times to help you coordinate transportation with your fellow directors.
  • Departure: You should plan to depart the hotel on Wednesday, January 23 no earlier than 3:00 p.m.  We will keep a log of departure times to help you coordinate transportation with your fellow directors.  

Registration deadline:  Friday, December 7
