Campaign Participant Requirements
SAVING A LIFE FOR JUST $12
Donate to a Site
Just find a site that you like and make a donation of $12.00 or more.
Just click on "team" or "the top fundraiser" on the right side.
Adopt a Site
If you would like to adopt a site to help them reach their goal of 100 people
donating $12.00 or more please follow these simple steps:
1.“Click” the “Save a Life, Donate Now” button
2.“Click” the “Set up Sponsorship Page” button on the top right hand side.
3.Under “Choose an option” area, select “Join a Team” by “clicking” on it (a green dot will appear) and then “click” “Join a Team” which will “drop down” all of the teams. You just need to “click” on the Team you want to adopt.
4. After you have completed that select the “Create a Personal Sponsorship Web page and become part of the team I have chosen” and scroll down to fill out your personal information. Once your finished make sure all of the * required area’s are complete and “click” the “PROCESS NOW” tab at the bottom of the page. You will then receive an email that allows you to personalize your own web page by adding your picture and comments.
5.NOW you are ready to start your personal email campaign by sending out your page link to your friends, family, coworkers and associates.
Create a Group
Have your company, organization’s members or employees get involved as a group. This is a wonderful way to make a difference, build moral and team spirit in the workplace or with your organizations members. Please contact us if this is an option you would like to learn more about.

In order to participate in the “12 for Life NYS” campaign participants must be a 501c3 Health and Human Service organization that cares for individuals with special needs for no less than 5 years. Each organization that meets this requirement must provide the National Foundation for Human Potential with the following:
