Mike Charbonneau
Since becoming part of the South Bend community in January 2006, Mike Charbonneau has been very supportive of—and impressed by—the mission of the Center for the Homeless, and is thankful for their presence, hard work and fantastic staff. Mike is a competition junkie, so when approached with the opportunity to support a great cause and dominate the dancing world at the same time, he responded the only way he knew how: “Giddyup!” By day, Mike is the manager of communications and public affairs for NIPSCO. He loves to travel, eat and have his blood pressure rise to dangerous levels time after time by the Chicago Bears. He especially loves golf. He’s thankful for all the many blessings in his life, especially his lovely wife Katie, the most amazing woman in the world. He still hopes and prays she doesn’t someday snap out of it and realize what she got herself into! Mike wishes the best of luck to all the dancers. They are going to need it. . .
