Bridges Out of Poverty
Please join CASA Kane County for an exceptional conference on poverty for CASA volunteers, social service, educational, medical and legal professionals.
Enhance your understanding of the “hidden rules” that govern thoughts, behavior and communication of people in various socio-economic classes and in turn, helping us bridge the gap.
Jodi Pfarr is an outstanding speaker and offers her audience a view of poverty from two sides; the side experienced by the children and families living in poverty as well as the side of the supporting professionals who are challenged to increase their awareness of how poverty affects opportunities for success.
Continental Breakfast, lunch and refreshments are included.
Registration will be closed on September 28th, 2012
