The Pulmonary Hypertension Association's California Chapter invites you to join us on Friday, October 30, 2015 for an evening of cocktails, bites and fun at The Hallowood Affair.

  From a historic grand estate known among the Hollywood elite for its luxurious trappings and resplendent style, The Hallowood Affair is an opportunity to enjoy an evening amongst a fun and entertaining audience and to recognize the works of the Pulmonary Hypertension Association. Guests are encouraged to be creative and wear their favorite Halloween costume. 

We are excited to bring together the pulmonary hypertension (PH) community in
celebration of the accomplishments and advances made in the PH field, while
honoring those that made these advances possible.

We are excited to honor Dr. Ronald Oudiz, Harbor UCLA Medical Center with our 2015 Legacy Award for his contributions to the pulmonary hypertension field. This special evening will raise awareness of PH, provide support, education and fund research to ultimately find a cure.

Tickets are:  $150 per person which includes - unlimited food, open bar and valet parking

VIP lounge areas are:  $2,500 which includes 10 guests, private seating area, personal server for the evening and personalized company sign

6:30pm VIP Reception & Toast (invitation only) - honoring of Dr. Oudiz
7:30pm Halloween celebration begins with gourmet cuisine, libations, music and fun

8:30pm - Special live performance by YouTube sensation and award winning singer/songwriter Chloe Temtchine
