Patient Assessment, Trauma/Burn Management, Diagnosis and Mgt of Respiratory Failure; Mechanical Ventilation I, II; Electrolyte and Metabolic Disorders, Monitoring Blood Flow/Acid-Base Balance; Management of Life Threatening Infections; Acute Coronary Syndrome, CPR-Resuscitation; Critical Care in Pregnancy, Pediatric Critical Care, Neurologic Support, Ethics in Critical Care; Special Considerations, Diagnosis and Mgt of Shock. Skill stations and small breakout groups both days to reinforce lectures.
Continental breakfast and catered lunch provided both days
This course has been approved for 16 hours BMF CAPCE continuing Education Hours for EMT, Advanced and Paramedic levels.
By continuing to register, I understand that Boston MedFlight, as a requirement of CAPCE accreditation, will submit a record of my course completion to the CAPCE AMS. I further understand that my course completion records may be accessed by or shared with such regulators as state EMS offices, training officers and NREMT on a password protected need to know basis. In addition I understand that I may review my record of CAPCE-accredited course completion by contacting CAPCE
