Please join Jewish Council for Youth Services (JCYS) as we raise funds to support critical scholarships and programs for children in our community. Your participation in Under the Big Top with JCYS will help the agency continue to fulfill a mission of education, leadership, and recreation first established more than 100 years ago.
Under the Big Top with JCYS will bring together hundreds of local business and civic leaders to enjoy a live and silent auction, dinner buffet, and fanciful entertainment performed by Circo Rose: http://www.circorose.com/Circo/Home.html. Please click on the register button to learn about sponsorship packages, tickets, tables, and event book opportunities. We hope you can attend this memorable evening and help us continue to make a difference in the lives of children and families in need.
Thank you!

Since 1907, JCYS has served the greater communities of Chicago, initially providing Jewish immigrants with social and recreational outlets, including camps and after-school clubs. Today, JCYS continues to impact more than 20,000 individuals of all races, ethnicities, and religions each year through a variety of programs, including:
· JCYS Camp Henry Horner – a day and overnight camp for youth
· TEAMcorps – an outreach program for at-risk Chicago public high school students
· Camp Red Leaf – a summer camp and year-round respite program for children and adults
with developmental disabilities
· Camp STAR – a specialized summer program for children with ADHD and
related socio-behavioral issues
· Three Family Centers, located in the city and suburbs, which specialize in early childhood
education and summer camps
As an independent agency (unaffiliated with the Jewish Federation), JCYS generates support through grants, program fees, individual donations, and special events. JCYS is supported by an active Board of Directors who take a hands-on role in the governance of the agency.
