Team: Team Shaine I'm raising money for this event: Ride for AIDS Chicago 2011  My Message Am I really doing this ride again? Um, HELL YA! Last years RFAC was an amazing, while simultaneously grueling experience that I can't wait to participate in again. However, I can't do it without you!! Let's honor our friends taken from us too soon from aids and HIV related complications. And lets celebrate with our friends that thrive today in spite of having HIV. Due in part to organizations like TPAN. On July 9th and 10th I will be joining hundreds of other individuals on a two day 200 mile bicycle ride to fight HIV / AIDS in the Chicago area. The months of training and preparing for this Ride is nothing compared to what people living with HIV go through on a daily basis, but it's still gonna kick my butt! Please sponsor me, we need you!   My Goal: $1,000.00 Amount Raised: $305.00 About my cause: Over 25,000 individuals in the Chicago area are living with HIV, many of whom are not even aware of their HIV status. Ride for AIDS Chicago beneficiaries work with all impacted communities in the Chicago area, working to slow the spread of the virus and assure those infected receive proper medical and support services.
