Following last year's successful Concert for Kids featuring Norah Jones, The CCMC Foundation is hosting the 2nd Annual Concert for Kids to benefit Connecticut Children's Medical Center. This year's featured artist is The Moody Blues!
Since the 1960's the legendary Moody Blues have been one of the biggest and most successful touring and recording bands in the world with a huge fan base, old and new. To date, the Moody Blues have sold more than 60 million albums, with three singles hitting No. 1, a single in the No. 2 slot and five in the Top 20 including several Top 40 albums. They've also found hits with songs like "Go Now," "I Know You're Out There Somewhere," and "Question."
This year's event will take place on July 10th at the careerbuilder.com Oakdale Theater in Wallingford, Connecticut. The concert is set to begin at 7:30 p.m. and will be preceded by a VIP reception at 5:00 p.m. Tickets for the concert and VIP Reception, including silent auction, food and drinks is $125 per person.
