To the entire CENTURY 21® System,

With the recent designation of Hurricane Sandy as a qualified disaster by the IRS, we are now able to use the Realogy Charitable Foundation to provide disaster relief funds directly to our affected CENTURY 21 franchisees, their agents and staff members in regions most impacted by the hurricane, rather than only to non-profit organizations. 

Thus, effective immediately, we are launching a CENTURY 21 fundraising effort for a special, targeted “Qualified Disaster Relief Fund” in which 100% of the funds raised will go directly to help your fellow CENTURY 21 System members in their time of need following this disastrous storm. Qualified disaster relief funds will be granted based on individual need as determined by a committee appointed by the Foundation.

Be assured, the priority is to assist those of our affiliate companies directly impacted by Hurricane Sandy by helping them get their operations back up and running as quickly as possible.  Our staff is currently working directly with those companies to determine their specific needs.
