Edgar Quiroz
Edgar Quiroz is a Plymouth High School graduate originally from Chicago. He moved to Mishawaka at the age of 7, then to Plymouth at the age of 12, where he currently resides. He helps manage his family's restaurant Yolanda's. Edgar is a small business owner, board member for Discover Plymouth, Latino Festival organizer and a member of Marshall County’s Stellar committee. He attended Indiana University - Purdue University Fort Wayne and majored in Psychology. He later decided to attend Ivy Tech for 2 years, where he majored in Environmental Design. Edgar is currently taking a break from college to pursue his dream of opening a business.
Lucy Carmona
Lucy is a Plymouth High School graduate of 2016. She currently lives in Plymouth with her very supportive boyfriend. Lucy started dancing in 2013 when she entered her high school’s color guard team. From there, her love for dance kept increasing and she couldn’t stop. Lucy is now a member of two dance groups: Las Chicas and The Daggers. She has been in both groups since they started in 2018. Lucy is so excited and honored to be performing along with her dance partner for this amazing fundraiser.
