Rock and Roll Virtual Trivia Night–Auction Rules

• Mobile bidding for all packages in the Silent Auction will begin on Tuesday, September 15 and will close on Saturday, September 19 at 8:30 p.m. CST. 
• Anyone can participate in the Silent Auction, 50/50 Raffle and Ozark Trip Raffle. If you are registered for the event you should have received a quick link via email. If you are not registered for the event click Register in the top right corner, enter your contact information and start bidding. 
• All winning bids are final.?There will be no exchange or refund on items unless otherwise specified. 
• Should an auction package become nonredeemable due to unforeseen circumstances, i.e. COVID-19 (i.e. a business is now closed or has not re-opened prior to the noted expiration date, ticket dates are postponed or cancelled) Time Code Films and Play It Forward will turn your support into a 100% tax-deductible donation.
• A pre-registered credit card is?required?to begin bidding. If you would like to complete payment through another method (i.e. check) please contact betsy@partiesandprops.com prior to midnight on Saturday, September 19. We accept all major credit cards. 

• You may use Max Bidding which allows you to skip ahead to the bid amount you want to pay. The next bidder must bid higher than you to be successful. You will be notified via text message if you have been out bid.  
• Please pay careful attention to all conditions, restrictions, and expiration dates on items and services. Unless otherwise stated, gift certificates exclude alcohol, tax, and gratuity. Unless otherwise noted, all auction items and services must be used before March 14, 2021.?We appreciate your strict observance of these restrictions, as future donations depend upon it. 
• Time Code Films and Play It Forward will communicate with all winning bidders after the auction closes by Tuesday, September 22, 2020 regarding auction item pick-up/delivery/shipping. Winning bidders may retrieve their items at the Parties and Props Office (per MO current COVID-19 regulations). Should the winner choose to have their item shipped, they are responsible for any shipping and insurance charges.
• Time Code Films and Play It Forward will not ship alcohol to a winning bidder. You must be 21+ to purchase any packages containing alcohol and tours of alcoholic establishments (distillery, brewery, etc.).
• Time Code Films and Play It Forward is not responsible for replacing gift certificates lost post-event. Time Code Films and Play It Forward is under no obligation to extend, modify, or change items or restrictions on items/certificates. 

• Dates for all trips and similar events must be mutually arranged with the donor, unless otherwise noted. All reservations should be made at least one month in advance. All tickets in travel packages are for coach travel, unless otherwise specified. No refunds are permitted for canceled, lost, or unused tickets and/or accommodations. 
• All gift card usage is the responsibility of the buyer. Although the gift card and amount is currently valid, Time Code Films and Play It Forward cannot be held responsible for unused gift cards at businesses that may cease to operate before the expiration date. 
• Auction items may not be transferred from the original buyer to another auction outside of Time Code Films and Play It Forward without prior written consent from the donor. 

• Time Code Films and Play It Forward has endeavored to catalog and describe the auction items correctly, but all items are sold “as is.” No statements contained in the program or made orally at the sale or elsewhere shall be deemed a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.?Bidders should carefully note the specific restrictions, conditions, and expiration dates for items purchased. 
• Time Code Films and Play It Forward reserves the right to withdraw any item from sale. 
• Items depicted online are for illustration purposes and may not be the actual auction items. 

Please note:?For tax purposes regarding auction purchases, all contributions in excess of the fair market value of the item are tax-deductible as a gift to a charitable organization. Time Code Films and Play It Forward encourages all attendees, donors, and contributors to consult with their tax consultant.
