Thomas Kintanar, TK to his friends, graduated from Indiana University and studied medicine at Southwestern University MHAM College of Medicine. Having been in family medicine for 37 years, TK is a founding partner of the Associated Family Medical Consultants group and is now employed by Lutheran Health Physicians.  He has been a medical educator as a faculty member of the Indiana University School of Medicine and the Fort Wayne Medical Education program.  TK has served on the board of directors of St. Joseph Hospital, Lutheran Downtown Hospital, Lutheran Health Network, and St. Joseph Hospital Foundation. An avid musician, he has performed as a vocalist, keyboardist, and guitar player with the rock bands Not My Kids and Sheba.  His most treasured commodity is Erin, his wife, and his children, Taryn, Liz, Christian, Kensington, and Kendall.
