About the Auction
The silent auction is a great opportunity to line up fantastic parties, trips, and activities for you and your kids – while making an important contribution to our fundraising goals. All auction bids go directly to the MPAEF’s annual grant to our school district, so "Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough!"
This year's silent auction includes items in the following categories:
- Parties for Adults
- Parties for Kids
- Teacher Events and Adventures
- Sporting Events * NEW! *
- Fine Wine * NEW! *
Check out the Auction Catalog to learn more about this year's auction items and plan your bidding strategy. Bidding is easy! When you check in, you'll receive a set of pre-printed barcode stickers with your name and unique bid number. To bid, simply affix a sticker to the bid sheet in the “bid number” column.
Sign-up items: Sign-up (subscription) items are offered for a fixed price to a maximum number of attendees on a first come/first served basis. Bid sheets will be clearly marked with the maximum number of slots available as well as the starting point for the wait list. It is not uncommon to be accepted off the wait list, so feel free to add your name even if an event is at capacity.
Silent bidding items: Bidders compete against one another throughout the duration of the auction. At the end of the bidding period, the pre-specified number of individuals with the highest bids are the ones who win the item.
On Friday, March 25, a printed version of the auction catalog will be sent home to all district families.
- You must purchase a ticket to make a bid! If you are unable to attend, please review the absentee bidding process
- Bidding on most items will close between 8:00 and 8:40 pm, so remember to shop early! Sign-up parties will remain open for bidding throughout the evening
