Ticket reservations are to be made in good faith.

Upon receiving your RSVP via this system, your attendance is expected. Barring extreme circumstances, a 'no-show' or cancellation within 24 business hours will place you on lock-out status from USO of Illinois event ticket reservations: 1st time = 90 days & 2nd time = 180 days

These restrictions are in place to help ensure those who wish to take advantage of complimentary ticket offers have that opportunity. Thank you for your understanding!

CANCELLATION INSTRUCTIONS

If you need to cancel any portion of your reservation, send an e-mail to

usoevents@usoofillinois.org

 with the guest name(s) and event you are cancelling. E-mails must be sent no later than 24 business hours before ticket pick up begins. Any e-mails received less than 24 business hours’ notice will result in your name being added to the disqualification list for the listed length of time.

TICKETS CANCELLED ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT ARE CONSIDERED WASTED TICKETS.

Cancellation by text or phone call will not be accepted.

First staged in 1901, the Chicago Auto Show is the largest auto show in North America and has been held more times than any other auto exposition on the continent. This year marks the 111th edition of the Chicago Auto Show!

USO ticket vouchers are redeemable for any day of the show, and will be sent in advance. Please see “Ticket pick-up instructions” section listed below.

A 2nd confirmation email, along with waivers and final details, was sent to all selected families on Wednesday, Feb. 13th.


Due to the popularity of the USO of Illinois youth event at Medieval Times, a lottery will be held to select attendees.

Registration for this event will open on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 9AM Central Time.

Registration will close on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at 9AM Central Time.

All who register will receive a computer automated confirmation email. The automated email from Events.org with a subject line of “USO of Illinois Registration” does not guarantee tickets.

USO of Illinois will use a random number generator to create the official USO of Illinois guest list.

Registrations must follow the age guidelines and ticket limitations listed below.

If a selected family did not follow the guidelines and limitations, their registration will be adjusted to follow USO procedure.

Please be sure you enter your correct email address, phone number and guest registration information.

All families who are selected to attend the event will receive an official email from USO of Illinois on Thursday, February 7th.

Families who were not selected will receive an email on February 7th, but will remain in consideration, in case of cancelations.

One registration per family. Duplicate entries will be deleted.

INSIDE THE STONE WALLS OF AN 11TH CENTURY-STYLE CASTLES, MEDIEVAL SPAIN WILL COME TO LIFE BEFORE YOUR EYES.

Travel through the mists of time to a forgotten age and a tale of devotion, courage and love. Imagine the pageantry and excitement that would have been yours as a guest of the royal court ten centuries ago. The electrifying show features heroic knights on spirited horses displaying the astounding athletic feats and thrilling swordplay that have become hallmarks of this unique entertainment experience. You will also enjoy a “hands-on” feast as the dynamic performance unfolds before you.

USO program age guidelines

This USO program is for military youth aged 3-10 (USO Discovery Kids) and 11-18 (USO Teen/Tween) along with a parent(s).

+Children under the age of 3 are only eligible for this event if they have an attending sibling between the ages of 3-18. Please DO NOT register for siblings aged 2 and younger, as they must be ‘lap children.’

Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Please do not contact Medieval Times with questions regarding this USO program.

Tickets will be available for pickup from a USO Representative the evening of the event just inside the Medieval Times entrance from 6:16PM-7PM. Volunteer will not be staying past 7PM. DO NOT BE LATE!!

2PM – Enjoy performance - Exelon Family Series: Cirque Éloize, Saloon

The wild west comes alive in a Family Series matinee featuring excerpts from Cirque Éloize’s newest creation, Saloon. Audiences will enter a mythical world where theater and circus collide, combining live folk music with the incredible strength, agility, and original choreography of the boundary-breaking ensemble.

The Exelon Family Series offers high-quality, engaging programming designed to cultivate the next generation of arts lovers. Audiences are encouraged to laugh, clap, and experience the theater in their own way — no shushing allowed! The approximate run time of this performance is 60 minutes with no intermission.

Everyone registering for these tickets must attend the pre-show Community Engagement Experience and Cirque Éloize performance. Please see age & ticket information below.
