HOW TO REGISTER FOR EVENTS

+Click inside the box located just above each posting.

+‘SOLD OUT,’ means tickets are no longer available.A waitlist will not be maintained, but check back often as more tickets may become available as the event nears.

+Click outside the box and the ‘attendee information box’ will appear. Complete this information.

+Scroll down to the bottom of the page and complete the ‘Primary Contact Information’ box.

+Complete the ‘Additional Information’ field.

+Enter the ‘Non-Spam’ code

+Scroll down and click the ‘Process Now’ button once.

 

If your entry was submitted correctly, an Events.org receipt will appear on the screen within 15 seconds AND you will receive an email confirmation. Please note, these notifications are automatic confirmations. All registrations will be reviewed to confirm it follows the limitation guidelines.

Please follow the Ticket Limitation Guidelines for each event listing. Anyone not following the guidelines will result in a cancellation for that event.

ONE REGISTRATION PER MILITARY FAMILY FOR ALL USO EVENTS

Ticket reservations are to be made in good faith.

Upon receiving your RSVP via this system, your attendance is expected. Barring extreme circumstances, a 'no-show' or cancellation within 24 business hours will place you on lock-out status from USO of Illinois event ticket reservations: 1st time = 90 days & 2nd time = 180 days

These restrictions are in place to help ensure those who wish to take advantage of complimentary ticket offers have that opportunity. Thank you for your understanding!

CANCELLATION INSTRUCTIONS

If you need to cancel any portion of your reservation, send an e-mail to

usoevents@usoofillinois.org

 with the guest name(s) and event you are cancelling. E-mails must be sent no later than 24 business hours before ticket pick up begins. Any e-mails received less than 24 business hours’ notice will result in your name being added to the disqualification list for the listed length of time.

TICKETS CANCELLED ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT ARE CONSIDERED WASTED TICKETS.

Cancellation by text or phone call will not be accepted.

Join us for a night of fun featuring magician and balloon artist, T.J. Regul! Free food, pumpkin decorating, cupcake walk, family photos, temporary tattoos, goodie bags, and crafts provided by WQPT! Each military youth aged 1-18 will receive their own pumpkin!

THIS EVENT IS ABOUT 3 HOURS FROM CHICAGO

Event is for military youth ages 0-2 (USO Diaper Division) & 3-10 (USO Discovery Kids) & 11-18 (USO Teen/Tween) along with a parent(s).

This event is for military families with children between 0-18 years old.

Youth must be accompanied by a currently serving military parent and/or military spouse.

A Current Military ID Card or Dependent ID Card will be REQUIRED for entry.

NO MILITARY ID = NO ENTRY
Registration on this page is required for attendance.

T i c k e t       L i m i t a t i o n s

Limitations are in place to ensure the greatest number of military and dependents can enjoy this USO of Illinois program.

Free tickets are available ONLY to Active Duty, National Guard, and Reserve Military Personnel and their Dependents.

Retired Military, IRR Military, DOD and Civilian employees are not eligible to register for this USO Event

+Tickets are available for each member of the immediate family that fits within the age guidelines (military, spouse & dependent children 0-18 years of age).

+Married couples are not eligible to bring a civilian guest when both military and spouse (along with their children) are attending.

+Single military parents are allowed tickets for service member and all dependent youth in addition to one civilian guest.

+If service member is not attending, spouse with a valid military dependent ID is able to bring all dependent youth in addition to one civilian guest.

+Military with no children are not eligible to register for this event.

presented by the Chicago White Sox


The Chicago White Sox are kicking off their Season of Giving with a very special event for USO Discovery Kids! Military youth ages 3-10, along with their parents and siblings, will experience a bases-loaded event full of fun! Youth will be treated to a tour of the incredible White Sox clubhouse, games, balloon artist, face painter, crafts, photos with silly Southpaw, a yummy brunch prepared by Levy Restaurants, a gift from the White Sox, and more! This event is for military youth ages 3-10 along with a parent(s). Activities are geared towards this age group.

Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

This event is not for military without children.

Event check-in will close promptly at 9:30AM. Do not be late.

60 to Escape


60 to Escape is a Live, Immersive Adventure Game. Escape Games are Live Interactive Puzzle Rooms. Each team will have 60 minutes to complete an immersive adventure - surrounded by fun and challenging clues, puzzles, and codes. Teamwork and brain power will lead you to success in the innovative and extremely exciting Escape Games at Gurnee Mills. (photo from 2016 event)

6PM-7PM: 60 to Escape, Will You Escape?!

7PM-7:15PM: Escape session over, youth to be picked up by parents at 60 to Escape

This event is offered to Active Duty, National Guard and Reserve Military Teens & Tweens (ages 11-18) ONLY! Parent or youth participant must show a current military ID or dependent military ID at event check-in.

Retired, IRR, DOD, and Civilian youth are not eligible to register for this program.

No children under the age of 11 or older than 18 will be allowed to participate.

All teen/tweens must check in with a parent at the event to submit a waiver.

Licensed youth ages 16-18 may drive themselves to the event but must have a dependent military ID & bring all necessary waivers (will be emailed a few days prior to the event). Youth arriving without Dependent ID & waivers signed by a parent will not be allowed to participate.

Parents and/or guardians will not be allowed to participate and/or stay for this event. There is plenty of shopping at Gurnee Mills!
