HOW TO REGISTER FOR EVENTS

+‘SOLD OUT,’ means tickets are no longer available.A waitlist will not be maintained, but check back often as more tickets may become available as the event nears.

+Click outside the box and the ‘attendee information box’ will appear. Complete this information.

+Scroll down to the bottom of the page and complete the ‘Primary Contact Information’ box.

+Complete the ‘Additional Information’ field.

+Enter the ‘Non-Spam’ code

+Scroll down and click the ‘Process Now’ button once.

 

If your entry was submitted correctly, an Events.org receipt will appear on the screen within 15 seconds AND you will receive an email confirmation. Please note, these notifications are automatic confirmations. All registrations will be reviewed to confirm it follows the limitation guidelines.

Please follow the Ticket Limitation Guidelines for each event listing. Anyone not following the guidelines will result in a cancellation for that event.

ONE REGISTRATION PER MILITARY FAMILY FOR ALL USO EVENTS

Ticket reservations are to be made in good faith.

Upon receiving your RSVP via this system, your attendance is expected. Barring extreme circumstances, a 'no-show' or cancellation within 24 business hours will place you on lock-out status from USO of Illinois event ticket reservations: 1st time = 90 days & 2nd time = 180 days

These restrictions are in place to help ensure those who wish to take advantage of complimentary ticket offers have that opportunity. Thank you for your understanding!

CANCELLATION INSTRUCTIONS

If you need to cancel any portion of your reservation, send an e-mail to

usoevents@usoofillinois.org

 with the guest name(s) and event you are cancelling. E-mails must be sent no later than 24 business hours before ticket pick up begins. Any e-mails received less than 24 business hours’ notice will result in your name being added to the disqualification list for the listed length of time.

TICKETS CANCELLED ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT ARE CONSIDERED WASTED TICKETS.

Cancellation by text or phone call will not be accepted.

Performed by 70 local skaters and nationally acclaimed special guest, 2018 U.S. Junior Champion Camden Pulkinen, Spotlight On Ice features colorful lighting and costumes, stories you’ll recognize and some of your favorite music.

Please note: Limitations are in place to ensure the greatest number of military and dependents can enjoy USO of Illinois programs. 

Free Tickets are available ONLY to Active Duty, National Guard, Reserve, Retired Military and their Dependents. 

IRR, DOD, and Civilian employees are not eligible to register for this USO Event. 

+Tickets are available for each member of the immediate family (military, spouse & dependent children). Extended family and other guests are not permitted to use these complementary tickets. 

+Married couples are not eligible to bring civilian guest when both military member and spouse is attending. 

+Married military with no attending dependent children are allowed only 2 tickets (military & spouse or military & guest or spouse & guest). 

+Single military parents are allowed tickets for service member and all dependent youth in addition to one civilian guest. 

+Single military with no attending dependents will be allowed 2 tickets (one for self and one for a guest). 

+Dependent children over the age of 18 must present a current Military Dependent ID to be eligible for tickets.

In conjunction with the March 30 Salute to Military Families Night, presented by your Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana Kia dealers, the Chicago Wolves are hosting our second annual Military Resource Fair at Allstate Arena.

Attendees receive the chance to gather information and interact with various non-profits, companies and governmental agencies. Veterans can get information and ask direct questions about services and programs designed for them and their families, whether they are getting ready to be deployed or transitioning back to civilian life for the first time.

USO DISCOVERY KIDS & USO TEEN/TWEEN

Create Your Masterpiece

 

Join Senior Art Director/Fine Artist John Havemann from Leo Burnett, a global advertising agency based in Chicago, for a day of learning, fun, and art!  A drawing workshop and lesson will be provided followed by plenty of time for kids, tweens, & teens to practice their artistry.  All art tools will be supplied. 

The program theme is Kentucky Derby and all young artists will have the opportunity to produce several pieces of work including their best horse themed drawings.  Kids can choose to donate one drawing back to the USO to have their masterpiece be auctioned at one of the USO of Illinois’ most popular fundraising events, USO Derby Day!

This interactive program includes warm-up games, an exciting demonstration of the chosen skills, a circus workshop with hands-on instruction, and more! You never know what, or who, will pop up!

This event is offered to Active Duty, National Guard and Reserve Military Teens & Tweens (ages 11-18) ONLY! Parent or youth participant must show a current military ID or dependent military ID at event check-in.

Children under the age of 11 or older than 18 are not eligible to participate.

Licensed youth ages 16-18 may drive themselves to the event, but must have a dependent military ID & bring all necessary waivers (will be emailed a few days prior to the event). Youth arriving without Dependent ID & waivers signed by a parent will not be allowed to participate.

Please wear athletic clothing. Close-toed shoes are required (NO sandals, flip-flops, etc.).

Parents and/or guardians will not be allowed to participate or stay for this event, but are encouraged to come back at 4:45PM for a mini show!
