This year it has a very special meaning to me because of my best friend's brother is battling leukemia at the age of 13. And he won't stop fighting until he wins.   My Goal: $500.00 Amount Raised: $200.00 About my cause: Kick for Cures is an event to help fight devastating illness. Annually Illinois Shotokan Karate Club students come together to raise funds to support organizations that provide support or research for individuals stricken with devastating illnesses. We support the following organizations: • Make A Wish • Cystic Fibrosis • Augie’s Quest • American Brain Tumor • Alzheimer’s Assocation • American Cancer Society • Michael J.Fox Foundation • Susan G Komen For The Cure • Leukemia & Lymphoma Society • Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network • Autism Speaks • Bear Necessities • ISKC’s Stricken Families in Need • Jennifer Malloy Scholarship Fund The Illinois Shotokan Booster Club is a 501(c)3 organization and your donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
